Nia events in South Africa
- NIA IN NATURE - CLAREMONT, CAPE TOWN
Throughout the summer, Shelley Angelil holds Nia classes once a month in her garden in Claremont. Come and dance with the sun on your skin, the wind in your hair, and feel the earth under your feet. If it is raining on any of the scheduled Sundays, we will postpone to the following Sunday. The dates are as follows.
Dates: Sundays – November 13th (Earth-stability) , December 11th (Water-mobility) February 12th (Wood-flexibility) March 11th (Fire- agility) April 8th (Metal-strength)
Time: 5.45pm for 6pm
Price: R60. (Students R40)
